Necessary products:

1 kg of rabbit meat

2 tea glasses of dry red wine (1 glass for the marinade and 1 glass for the stew)

2 tablespoons dried rosemary (or 3 sprigs fresh)

5 tomatoes

5 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

pepper

Method of preparation:

Wash the meat and cut it into portions. Pour a glass of wine and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of rosemary. Leave to marinate for 4 - 5 hours.

Heat olive oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Pour the marinade from the meat, dry it and rub with salt. Roll lightly in flour and fry over high heat on both sides until crusty.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces, peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half and place them on the rabbit. Pour the second glass of wine, rosemary, salt, pepper and let the dish simmer on low heat for 40 minutes with the lid closed.
