Necessary products:

 

  • 60 grams of boiled quinoa
  • 170 milliliters of almond milk
  • 50 grams of buckwheat flour
  • one egg
  • 10 grams of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of chili
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • pinch of salt

 

for garnish

 

  • 30 grams of boiled green beans
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • chopped red pepper
  • green spices and seeds of your choice
  • chopped avocado

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, pour the flour, quinoa, milk, baking powder, chili, olive oil and salt. Add the egg, sugar and stir until the products are mixed.

Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil and scoop a ladle of the mixture. Bake the pancakes on both sides and arrange on a plate.

Prepare all in the same way and garnish with strained milk, chopped peppers, beans, green spices, seeds and avocado. Serve and enjoy the taste.
