How To Cook Quick Puff Pastry Rolls With Chicken, Cream Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Quick puff pastry rolls with chicken, cream cheese and garlic". Delicious recipe.

These rolls are perfect for a family party, gathering with friends or a quick breakfast. They are extremely easy to prepare, with few products and will satiate you for a long time. You can use the dried chicken left over from the previous evening - this makes the dish even more profitable.

Required products :

  • 1 packet of cream cheese (125 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic (powdered)
  • 1/2 cup chicken fillet (pre-cooked)
  • 2 pieces of puff pastry (800 grams)

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the cream cheese with the garlic and stir until smooth. Add the shredded chicken and mix well again.

Cut the puff pastry leaves into 16 triangles. Put a teaspoon of the mixture on each of them and form rolls, pressing in the corners so that the filling does not come out.

Cover the bottom of the tray with parchment. Arrange the rolls in it, leaving space between them so that they do not stick together while baking. Place the pan in the oven at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes. Once they swell and acquire a pleasant appetizing color, you can serve.

Enjoy them anywhere and anytime!
