Necessary products for 4 servings:

1 small pumpkin

1 cup rice

2 peppers

1 cup olives

50 grams of butter

salt and spices (Mediterranean herbs) to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash the pumpkin well, remove the top (lid) and remove the seeds. Spoon the flesh of the pumpkin so that 1-1.5 cm thick walls remain. Peel the peppers and cut them. Boil the rice in salted water. Before it is completely ready, add the peppers and spices. Fill the pumpkin with the stuffing and close with the cut lid. Bake in the oven as needed and season with butter.
