Required products :

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 tea cup parmesan, grated
  • sea ​​salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 crusts for ravioli (uonton or other)

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • fresh parsley, chopped

Method of preparation :

Mix the pumpkin and parmesan in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour about 2 teaspoons of the pumpkin mixture into the center of each ravioli crust. Moisten the edges of the dough with water, connect the two opposite sides to form a triangle, close the edges by pressing.
