Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 125 grams of kefir
  • 175 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 500 grams of grated pumpkin
  • 250 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the kefir with the soda and salt. Stir and set aside. In another bowl, place the flour, oil, vinegar and sugar. Combine the products and prepare a soft dough. Divide it into several equal parts and let them rest for an hour.

Meanwhile, fry the pumpkin in a pan, add the sugar and stew until soft. Cool the filling and set aside. Roll out the dough into round round crusts of equal size, spread the pumpkin mixture on each and fold the edges as shown in the photos.

 

Prepare all the pockets this way and heat the pan. Grease and bake them on both sides until golden. In a bowl, mix the cream with the honey and vanilla. Stir, arrange the pockets on a plate, serve them, garnished with sweet milk cream, break and eat.
