Required products :

1 kg of prunes a
few sprigs of thyme (can oregano, marjoram, rosemary) a
pinch of salt
olive oil
5-6 cloves garlic

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 90-100 degrees.

Wash the plums, dry them and cut them in half lengthwise. Peel the stones.
