Necessary products:

 

  • two peeled tomatoes
  • one onion
  • a carrot
  • a red pepper
  • two tablespoons of butter
  • a teaspoon of paprika
  • 50 grams of capers
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • a pinch of dried thyme
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 3-4 salmon fillets
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 80 milliliters of white wine
  • 50 milliliters of chicken broth
  • salt and pepper


Method of preparation:

 

Pour the water, broth, wine into the pan and add the butter. Add the finely chopped tomatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and season with thyme, salt, black and red pepper. Stir, stew the vegetables for 10 minutes and cool after cooking. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side. Pour the sauce into a pan and arrange the fish. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Serve the dish warm, garnished with capers and chopped parsley. Optionally, serve on a bed of boiled white rice.
