Required products :

  • 1.5 kilograms of potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 tea cup frozen peas, thawed

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until soft for about 12-15 minutes (pre-cut them into larger cubes). Strain them and sprinkle with salt, leave to cool.

Mix mayonnaise, onion, yogurt, mustard, curry paste and pepper, season with salt and pepper. Add the potatoes to this sauce, finally add the peas.

Stir well and serve at room temperature or refrigerate the salad, then serve.
