How To Cook Potato Rolls With Minced Meat, Mushrooms And Sesame Seeds - Recipe

Required products :

600 grams of potatoes
300 grams of minced meat
2 onions
1 egg
200 grams of mushrooms
20 milliliters of oil
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pinches of red pepper
2 teaspoons flour (1.5 teaspoons for the dough, the rest for sprinkling)
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup

Method of preparation :

Cut onions and mushrooms into small cubes, add them to the minced meat and season with salt and ground black pepper.

 

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, then drain. Puree them (they should be completely dry), add the egg and sifted flour.

 

Knead the potato dough. It turns out soft.

 

Divide it into 10-12 parts.

 

Roll each of them on a floured surface. Spread the prepared stuffing on their surface and form rolls.

 

Arrange them in a pan, which you first greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.

 

Spread half of the rolls with mayonnaise and the rest with a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup.

 

Sprinkle all with sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
