Required products :

  • 500-600 grams of pork liver
  • pork veil
  • 10-15 bay leaves
  • serving lemon

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the liver into thin pieces (their thickness should be about 1.5-2 centimeters).

 

Put 1-2 bay leaves on each (depending on their size) and wrap in a veil.

 

Fry the liver over high heat until done (about 5-6 minutes on each side).

Serve it hot with lemon slices. Add salt when serving, otherwise the end result may be too dry.
