Required products :

  • Remains of pineapple
  • 85 grams of lemon residue (use squeezed lemon residue)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Method of preparation :

Peel a pineapple and grate it. There are hard spots left on the meat that you need to clean and that is exactly what you need for the recipe. Add to them the inedible core of the pineapple. You need 1 cup of these products (and the pineapple itself consume or use in another dish).
