Necessary products:

3 peaches

1 ready sponge cake

350 ml of natural yogurt

250 g powdered sugar

1 lemon

1/2 tbsp gelatin

pomegranate seeds for decoration

Method of preparation:

Wash the peaches, immerse them in boiling water for 30 seconds and then peel. Cut them in half, leave a few pieces and grind the rest together with 100 grams of powdered sugar. Dissolve the gelatin in a little cold water, then in a water bath. Add 1/2 of the resulting jelly to the peach puree. Put the sponge cake in a suitable form and pour 1/2 of the jelly with the peaches and leave for 40 minutes in the cold.

Mix the remaining powdered sugar with the yoghurt, grated rind and lemon juice. Add the remaining peach jelly and beat.

Arrange the pieces of fruit that you separated at the beginning on top of the cream, pour in half of the remaining jelly and put in the cold for 2 hours. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, cut into portions and serve!
