Necessary products:

3 bunches of parsley

1 onion (can link green)

3-4 cloves garlic (optional)

200 grams of cheese

2 eggs

3 s. l. flour

salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley. Add to them the two raw eggs, the crushed cheese, the flour, season and mix everything well. Cover the mixture with foil and leave for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Then remove and shape the meatballs from it. Fry them on all sides, place on a paper towel to drain off excess fat.

You can make a sauce for meatballs from garlic, yogurt, dill, olive oil and walnuts. In this case, do not put garlic in the "minced meat".
