Line a baking tray with paper. Roll out the pie dough (recipe) and cover with foil, leave for 30 minutes to cool.
Turn the oven to 160 degrees.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and fry the zucchini, seasoned with salt and pepper until soft. Transfer to a plate.
Put the remaining spoon of olive oil in the pan and fry the eggplant until lightly browned. Transfer to zucchini.
Mix the chicken with the cheese, season with thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream.
From the dough cut circles about 15 cm in size and put in each of the filling. Fold in half and wrap the ends to close the loaf tightly.
Spread with cream and egg and bake for 15 minutes.
