Required products :
2 teaspoons gelatin
400 milliliters of pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tea whipped cream
1 teaspoon yogurt (or buttermilk)
peel of 1 orange
Method of preparation :
In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of pomegranate juice with gelatin and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes. Put the remaining juice, sugar, orange peel (without the white parts of the fruit) in a small saucepan, put on low heat and stir until the sugar melts. Then cook for another 10 minutes until the liquid is reduced. Remove the pan from the heat.
Remove the orange peel, pour 1/2 cup of the syrup into a separate container (it will be needed for watering).
While the syrup is still hot, add gelatin to it and stir until it is completely dissolved. Pour in the orange juice, cream and milk. Stir and distribute the mixture into suitable molds. Refrigerate for 1 night.
Before serving, remove the dessert from the bowls, immersing them in hot water for a few seconds. Put the pan elevation in a plate and pour the sauce.
