Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of chicken
  • 300 grams of rabbit meat
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • saffron on the tip of a knife
  • 12 tablespoons grated fresh tomato
  • 300 grams of green beans
  • 100 grams of boiled butter beans
  • 3-4 artichokes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 300 grams of rice
  • salt to taste
  • White wine
  • 3 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 lemon

 

Method of preparation:


In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, fry the meat, add the grated tomatoes, oily and green beans, artichokes, whole garlic cloves and rice. Stir, season with salt, saffron, paprika and add white wine and broth. The dish is left to simmer on a very low heat (hot plate) until ready. Serve the paella warm, garnished with lemon slices.
