Turmeric is one of the most popular spices, which is said to have a number of health benefits - it takes care of our figure, helps against osteoarthritis and others. Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • coconut shavings for sprinkling
  • berries for garnish

Method of preparation :

Put the milk in a saucepan and heat. Add the oatmeal and stir.

Add the turmeric and stir again, cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and allow the dish to cool to room temperature. Serve with coconut shavings and berries.
