Required products :

  • 1/3 teaspoon soy sauce + 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 tea cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 500 grams of pork loin
  • 8 prunes
  • 1/4 tea coriander
  • 4 tea cups of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 120 grams of rice noodles, boiled and drained
  • 1 teaspoon peas with pod
  • 1 teaspoon grated carrot
  • wholesale chopped cashew nuts or peanuts

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, place the soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, onion, ginger, garlic and hot pepper. Transfer half of the mixture to a zippered bag and pour the Sriracha sauce. Add the meat and roll in the mixture. Refrigerate to marinate for 24 hours.

Cut four of the plums into small pieces. Add the remaining soy sauce (1 tablespoon) and sprinkle with coriander. Leave for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Turn on the grill to warm up and roast the meat for 35-40 minutes, until done. Leave for 5 minutes before cutting.

Cut the remaining plums into thin slices.

Serve 4 servings, in each put noodles, meat, vegetables, pickles. Finally, sprinkle with crushed nuts.
