Required products :

citrus fruit / orange, lemon, grapefruit or lime /, cut into circles and peeled

strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

apples, peaches, grapes, cherries (pitted) or other fruit cut into thin slices

1 liter of carbonated water

1 liter of apple juice or white grape juice

mint, basil or rosemary

ice

Method of preparation :

  • Thoroughly wash all the fruits and cut them into thin slices.
  • Add them to the juice and stir.
  • Slowly pour in the sparkling water and season with mint leaves / basil or rosemary /.
  • Cover the dish with the prepared cocktail and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Serve with ice.
