Necessary products:

2 liters of water

4 potatoes

1 carrot

1 onion

150 grams of duck leg

1/2 bunch parsley

oil

Method of preparation:

1. Put a pot of water on the stove to boil. We wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into 2x2 cm cubes. Cut the carrots into semicircles, onions - into small cubes. Rinse parsley with water and chop finely.

2. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, removing sand. Pour cold water over them and cook in a separate bowl for 10-15 minutes. Drain them with a colander.

3. Put the potatoes in boiling salted water and after boiling (after adding the potatoes), reduce to medium heat.

4. While the potatoes are cooking, fry the onions and carrots in oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes).

5. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the boiled mushrooms and fried onions and carrots. Bring the soup to a boil and add the parsley.

6. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Boil for another 5 minutes on low heat and remove the pan from the heat.

Mushroom soup is ready!
