Required products :
1 kg of fresh mushrooms
2-3 onions
3-4 eggs
100-150 grams of oatmeal
breadcrumbs
oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the mushrooms, clean them and cut into pieces. Boil them in salted water, then drain the liquid with a colander.
Grind them together with the onion.
Add eggs, ground oats, salt and pepper to taste to the "minced meat".
Stir well and let the mixture stand for about half an hour so that the oats can swell.
Then form meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil to form a golden crust.
You can serve with a garnish of boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
