Required products :

For the bark :

2 1/2 teaspoons graham crackers, consumed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

For cream :

450 grams of cream cheese
4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 tea cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
pinch of salt

For garnish :

18 tablespoons homemade caramel sauce

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease two mini cheesecake tins / or muffins / with butter. The dose is enough for 18 mini cheesecakes.
In a medium bowl, mix the crushed crackers, brown sugar and melted butter. Stir well.
Distribute the butter crumbs in 18 of the nests and press lightly.
In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth.
Add the cream, eggs, flour and salt and do not turn off the mixer until you get a smooth cream.
Spread the mixture on the biscuit crust and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
