How To Cook Mini Cheesecake In Muffin Tin - Recipe

Required products :

For the bark :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

For cream :

  • 450 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 450 grams of canned pineapple, drained and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon coconut shavings

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix the walnuts, flour, sugar and melted butter in a blender and mash until fine butter crumbs form.
  • Distribute the mixture in the cups of the muffin tin and press lightly with your fingers.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes and allow the crust to cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, make the cream by whipping the cream cheese with the sugar, milk and eggs.
  • Add the vanilla and mashed pineapple and stir to distribute evenly.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of cream over the biscuit crust and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the coconut is lightly toasted.
  • Allow the mini cheesecakes to cool completely before serving.

Note!

The dose is enough for 18 mini cheesecakes, so you will need two muffin tins .
