Required products :

  • 1 melon weighing about 1-1.5 kilograms
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the melon in half, peel it from the seeds, peel the bark and cut into pieces 2-2.5 cm wide, then into cubes.

Grate the lemon peel, squeeze the citrus juice. From the liquid and sugar, boil a thick syrup, to which add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon shavings, stir and wait for the sweetness to cool.

Once this is done, pour the melon cubes and leave for about half an hour, then enjoy the fruit freshness.
