Necessary products:
3 slightly ripened peaches
6 balls of vanilla ice cream
For decoration:
whipped cream
roasted almonds
For syrup:
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 cup lemon juice
For the puree:
2 cups raspberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
Method of preparation:
Put the peaches in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then peel them and cut them in half. Remove the stones and place the fruit in a bowl of cold water (ice).
Make the syrup. To do this, mix the water, sugar, lemon juice (you can add vanilla if desired) and bring to a boil. When this happens, remove from the heat and leave the syrup for 10 minutes at room temperature to cool. Dip the peaches in it for 20-30 seconds and remove.
To make the puree, grind the raspberries together with the lemon juice and sugar using a blender. Then strain to remove the seeds from the fruit.
Take a suitable cup in which to serve the dessert. Put a peach, a scoop of ice cream in it and pour the raspberry puree. Garnish with whipped cream and roasted with almonds.
