Peel, slice and boil the potatoes in salted water. Mash them, drain the liquid beforehand, pour in the warm milk and stir. Then add the mascarpone and parmesan (grated).
Stir the puree thoroughly until fluffy. You can use a wooden spoon for this purpose.
Finally, pour half a teaspoon of vegetable oil and stir again.
