How To Cook Marinated Olives With Garlic, Lemon And Thyme - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 120 grams of pickled peppers
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 300 grams of olive mix
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, combine the garlic cloves, pickled peppers, and olives. Put the fennel, thyme, chopped lemon and pour olive oil. Cover with a lid and store in a cool place overnight.

Shake the bowl before eating and then remove the olives to a plate.
