Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of boiled chicken
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into circles
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 handful of spaghetti or tagliatelle
  • 3 lemons, grated and drained
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 onion
  • a few stalks of fresh chervil
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • 30 grams of butter for frying
  • 1 egg broken building
  • 1 tablespoon cooking cream for building

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the finely chopped onion. Add the chicken, lemon zest and juice, season with salt and pepper. Stir and pour two liters of water. Using a heart-shaped metal mold, cut the carrots and add them to the liquid.

 

Do the same with the potatoes. Season the soup with chervil and parsley. When the vegetables are ready, add the spaghetti and turn off the heat. Stir in the soup and after it cools, build it with a mixture of beaten egg and cream. Stir, distribute in bowls and serve.
