How To Cook Lasagna With Tomatoes, Mascarpone And Mozzarella - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 old onions (finely chop)
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 800 grams of canned tomatoes
  • shredded basil
  • 1 packet of lasagna crust
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 600 grams of mozzarella (in pieces)

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.

Fry onion and garlic in olive oil (about 4 tablespoons). When soft (but should not turn red), add the tomatoes, spices and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the basil.

Distribute part of the resulting tomato sauce on the bottom of a large form and cover with lasagna peel. Put 1/3 of the cheese on them, sauce again and repeat the layers.

Apply sauce on the last row of lasagna. Put the rest of the cheese and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

Bake the dish for about 40 minutes, until the dough softens and can be easily pierced with a knife.
