Required products :
1 liter of fresh milk
6 tablespoons (topped) starch
2 tablespoons sugar
packet vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons carrot juice (put to make a cream-colored dessert)
Method of preparation :
Mix the starch and both types of sugar, then pour 9-10 tablespoons of cold milk and stir to dissolve the dry ingredients in it.
Grate carrots finely and squeeze with a gauze 4 tablespoons of juice, which pour into the sweet milk combination.
Put the remaining milk on the stove and bring to a boil. Once this is done, remove the pan from the heat and, stirring constantly, add the dissolved starch.
Stir until the mixture boils and thickens.
Remove from the heat and distribute in suitable molds, which are stored in the refrigerator for an hour.
Then turn over on flat plates and pour with caramel syrup.
