Learn how to cook "Caramel cream with condensed milk". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For cream:

3 eggs

1 teaspoon condensed milk

1 cup fresh milk

For caramel:

150 grams of sugar

200 milliliters of water

Method of preparation :

Pour 200 milliliters of cold water into a suitable container, pour the sugar into it and put on low heat for about 10 minutes. It is good to melt the sugar while the water has not yet warmed up. The syrup is ready when it acquires a caramel color. Then pour it into a greased form.

Beat the two types of milk and sugar with a mixer. Pour the mixture over the caramel and cover the dish with foil. Prepare the dessert in the oven on a water bath. It takes about 45-50 minutes.

Check the readiness with a knife: if it stays dry, the pudding is ready, if not - leave in the oven on a water bath for another 30 minutes.

Let the finished cream pudding cool, carefully remove from the pan and turn over on a suitable plate.

Enjoy your meal!
