Necessary products for 8 servings:

 

for the dough

 

  • 160 grams of flour
  • 3 grams of salt
  • 3 grams of sugar
  • 120 grams of unsalted butter
  • 60 milliliters of ice water

 

stuffing

 

  • 225 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 grams of salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 3 grams of black pepper
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 120 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 120 grams of cream
  • 100 grams of grated cheese

 

Method of preparation:


In a bowl sift the flour, add salt and sugar. Add the butter and stir to obtain a crumbly mixture. Add the water to the products, make a dough and cool for an hour. Roll out the crust, put it in a rectangular shape and pierce it in several places with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover with a sheet of parchment, on which put raw beans (serves as a weight) and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the paper and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Cool, while frying the bacon, onion and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg.
