Required products :

3-4 squid
2 handfuls of mushrooms (can dried)
1 onion
mayonnaise
sour cream
yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Clean the squid (frozen is easier to clean), cut them into strips. Peel an onion, chop finely, boil the mushrooms.
Fry the prepared products together for 2-3 minutes (no more, because the squid will become like rubber).

Put the fried mixture in a glass fireproof form with high walls (or other suitable dish). Pour a combination of mayonnaise and sour cream in a ratio of 1: 1 and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the dish in the oven for about 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
