Required products :

  • 350 grams of frozen berries, thaw them
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry jam
  • 6 medium-sized ripe pears, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 50 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 25 grams of melted butter

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees or with a fan to 170 degrees.

Mix the berries in a large bowl with the light brown sugar and blueberry jam, then add the pears. Transfer the mixture to a deep pan measuring about 18x28 cm, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pears are soft.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the butter and spread on the fruit. Bake in the oven without foil for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve.
