Necessary products:

  • 2 liters of chocolate ice cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 200 grams of corn biscuits
  • 500 grams of milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 360 ml of fresh milk
  • chocolate syrup

Method of preparation:

Allow 1 liter of ice cream to soften. Mix it with the cream and the crushed biscuits. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it, add the chopped chocolate, remove from the heat and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Take suitable cups, put a layer of ice cream with biscuits, a layer of chocolate glaze on the bottom and leave in the fridge to harden. Before serving, put a scoop of the remaining ice cream in each cup and pour over the chocolate syrup.

You can replace corn cookies with chocolate and chocolate ice cream with vanilla.
