Necessary products:

  • 115 g of melted butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 65 g flour
  • 25 g of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sol
  • 950 ml of ice cream

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, move the grill in the middle. Take a form measuring 25 x 38 cm, grease with oil and cover with baking paper, leaving a distance of about 3 - 5 cm uncovered at the end. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter, add the egg, vanilla extract, then pour the flour, cocoa powder, salt and mix until smooth. Put it in the form and level the surface. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool. Carefully move the marshmallows onto a cutting board, grasping the baking paper. Using a bread slicer, cut it into two pieces to make two loaves. Cover the cutting board with foil and place one of them. Spread the ice cream on its surface, smoothing with a silicone spatula and "close" the sandwich with the other part of the swamp. Return the dessert prepared in this way to the form, having previously wrapped it tightly with the foil. Put in the freezer overnight.

In the morning, unroll the foil and remove it. Cut the dessert into 8 rectangles and you can serve immediately. If the whole amount is not consumed at once, you have to wrap it again with foil and put it back in the cold. The ice cream sandwich is stored for no more than a week.

Enjoy!
