Beef tongue

Beef tongue is boiled for 3-3.5 hours under a lid and on low heat, and beef - 2 hours. Add salt 30 minutes before cooking completely. Remove the skin (preferably after cooking). 

 

Pork tongue

The pork tongue is boiled for 1.5-2 hours. Then peel the skin (this is most convenient to do under running cold water immediately after cooking). 

 

Veal tongue

Sprinkle the veal tongue with salt and leave in the fridge for a day. Put in cold water and boil for 1.5-2.0 hours. Then place in cold water for 3 minutes and peel. 

 

Chicken livers

Put the chicken livers in boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat. 

  

Pork liver

Sprinkle the liver with salt, rub and leave for 10 minutes. The membranes and veins are then removed. Soak in cold water or milk for 2-3 hours, changing the selected liquid every hour. Cook for 40-50 minutes. 

 

Turkey liver

Boil for 30-40 minutes in salted water. 

 

Beef liver

Beef liver is soaked for 30-40 minutes in water or milk. Boil for 40 minutes, add salt and spices to the water, adding salt at the end of cooking or before cooking with it. 

 

Mills

The chicken mills are boiled for half an hour under a lid and over low heat. Wash them, remove the veins and grease and put in cold water. If foam forms during cooking, remove it with a slotted spoon. 

 

Beef heart

It takes 3 hours to boil the beef heart . Put in salted water, which is changed every hour. It is good to pre-soak it in cold water for 3 hours and then be sure to wash it. The foam formed during cooking is removed.
