Required products :

2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 tea cup sour cream
120 grams of salted butter, frozen
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon melted butter

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, sift the flour, salt and baking powder.
Add the cream and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Grate the frozen butter on top and mix with a fork until crumbly dough.
Add the buttermilk and stir briefly.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and form a circle approximately 2.5 cm thick.
