Necessary products:

 

  • 25 grams of dried mushrooms of your choice
  • 300 milliliters of boiling water
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  • 250 grams of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • fresh sprigs of fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper

 

for jelly

 

  • 200 milliliters of mushroom broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the dried mushrooms in boiling water and wait for them to soften. Stew onions in melted and hot oil, add garlic cloves, chopped fresh mushrooms and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the already swollen mushrooms, drain them, set aside their broth and add them to the mixture. Cook until the liquid is reduced, remove from the heat, cool and add the cream cheese. Beat the mixture in a blender until homogeneous, distribute it in airtight jars and cool.

Dissolve gelatin in 200 milliliters of mushroom broth, add soy sauce, stir and pour over pate. Cool for two hours to harden and spread on a slice.
