Required products :

500 grams of raisins
500 grams of hazelnuts
200-300 grams of condensed milk
vanilla

Preparation :
Wash the raisins and grind them.


Roast the hazelnuts lightly in a dry pan and leave to cool.


Then grind with a blender. Leave some of the ground nuts to roll.

 

Mix the remaining amount with the raisins. Add the condensed milk, vanilla and mix everything well. Judge the exact amount of milk during preparation, you should get a consistency from which you can form balls.


When you make the candies, roll each of them in the separated ground hazelnuts and you can decorate with a piece of nut, candied or dried fruit.

 

 

An option is to replace condensed milk with honey, raisins - with other dried fruits, and hazelnuts - with nuts of your choice.
