Required products :

  • 1 cup of good quality cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter with a fat content of not less than 82.5 (can be replaced with coconut oil)
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Method of preparation :

In a large fireproof bowl, mix the melted butter with the honey and vanilla. Add the sifted cocoa and stir until completely dissolved (a homogeneous mixture without lumps should be obtained).

Refrigerate for half an hour.

Line a large tray (or board) with greased parchment paper (or use a silicone mat).

When the chocolate has cooled, fill a pastry syringe with it, put a nozzle with a hole of 2-3 millimeters and make drops on the paper, filling the entire surface.

Put them in the freezer for 25 minutes or an hour in the refrigerator.

Store the finished chocolate drops in a plastic bag or plastic container.
