How To Cook Heated With Cauliflower, Quinoa And Sausages - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 sausages
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  •  

for quinoa:

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, tomatoes and chopped sausages. Add olive oil, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Stir and pour into a yen dish. Bake for 20 minutes.

 

During this time, boil the quinoa in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Leave it to cool and strain when ready. Season with spices.

 

Pour the cooked quinoa over the vegetables in the yen dish and stir. Beat the eggs with a wire whisk and mix with the pre-grated yellow cheese. Spread the topping over the dish and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve warmed warm.
