Required products :
180 grams of wheat flour
125 grams of butter
125 grams of granulated sugar
2 eggs
80 grams of hazelnuts (can almonds and / or walnuts)
1 lemon (can be prepared with orange)
1/2 teaspoon baking
powder powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Turn the oven to preheat (180 degrees). Grease cupcake trays with butter or use a large form.
Wash the lemon, grate the peel and squeeze the juice.
Grind the hazelnuts with a blender, melt the butter. Sift the flour and add the nuts, some sugar, baking powder, lemon zest and citrus juice.
Then pour in the melted butter.
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, pour them over the other products and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
