How To Cook Glazed Pork Fillet With Honey And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 tea cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed or finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 kg of pork bon fillet

For the glaze :

  • 1/4 tea cup of honey
  • 1/4 tea cup soy sauce

Method of preparation :

  • In a large plastic bag with a closing mechanism, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and black pepper.
  • Close, shake vigorously and place the pork tenderloin. Shake again to cover evenly with the spices.
  • Leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Transfer the fillet to a pan covered with parchment paper and bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 1-1.5 hours. Turn periodically.
  • In a small bowl, mix the honey and soy sauce, stir and set aside.
  • When the meat is almost done, remove the pan from the oven and smear it with plenty of honey glaze.
  • Bake for another 2-3 minutes, being careful not to burn the glaze.
  • Cover the pork tenderloin with aluminum foil and let it stand for about 10-15 minutes before cutting.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining glaze, cut and serve.
