Required products :

  • 3 proteins
  • 100 grams of melted and cooled butter
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar (100 grams for the dough + 50 for the cream)
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 250-300 grams of confectionery whipping cream with a fat content of 30%

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the melted and cooled butter with 100 grams of powdered sugar, three egg whites and flour. The speed of the mixer should be low.

Spread the dough in the form of thin circles in a tray on parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 160-170 degrees until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes). Then remove from the pan with a spatula and immediately roll up the funnels.

Whip the cream with the remaining 50 grams of powdered sugar and fill the funnels with the resulting cream just before serving.

You can sprinkle with cinnamon.
