Required products :

200 grams of grapes without seeds

350 grams of plums

2 peaches

lemon juice (from 1 lemon)

20 slices of white bread

200 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the peaches and plums, cut into pieces and pit them. Cut the halves of the plums and peaches into small pieces and place them in a suitable deep bowl, cover with the sugar and let them cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Pour the lemon juice. Then pour the grapes, stir and heat the pan for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature without transferring to another vessel. Take two small bowls and cover the inside with plastic wrap, the ends of which should protrude beyond the bowls.

Remove the crust from the slices of bread and arrange the soft part of the bottom (1 slice) of the prepared dishes and their walls (4 slices). Put the fruit filling and "close" the dessert with the remaining bread. Wrap the dishes with plastic wrap, press with some weight and leave for 10 hours in the cold.

You can pour fruit syrup or something else of your choice.

Enjoy your meal!
