Learn how to cook "Fried slices with strawberry jam and lemon cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 loaf of brooch, cut into 12 slices (or cut a few slices of plain bread)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tea cup sugar crystals
  • 1 tablespoon lemon cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter

for jam and lemon cream:

  • 4 tea cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon cream
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 tea cup powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

After slicing the bread, mix the eggs with the milk, cream, vanilla extract, sugar and lemon cream in a convenient bowl.

Cut the strawberries and add the sugar and vanilla. Put them on the stove and leave to neck for 15 minutes. Cover and cool.

Prepare the lemon cream with cream. Whip the cream with a mixer, add powdered sugar and lemon cream, finally add the vanilla. Once combined and get an air mixture, set aside. Be careful not to overdo the whipping, because you risk your cream turning into butter. Cover and refrigerate.

Grease a non-stick pan or plate with oil. Heat to medium heat. Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture and let them absorb the liquid for 30 seconds.

Fry them for 2-3 minutes on the side until golden.

Serve immediately with strawberries and lemon cream.  .
