Necessary products:

 

  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1/4 tea cup of water
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons peaches
  • 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons liquid whipping cream, sweetened

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the peaches in a blender, add the lemon juice, sugar syrup and vanilla extract. Mash until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

In another bowl, pour the cream and beat with a mixer. Mix the milk cream with the fruit puree, stir. Dissolve the gelatin in the water, heat for 2 minutes and add it to the mixture.

 

Stir again and pour the fluffy mousse into dessert cups. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, serve and enjoy its taste.
