Required products :
500 grams of flour
50 grams of may
100 grams of butter
120 milliliters of fresh milk
130 milliliters of beer
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 egg yolk to spread
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.
Sift the flour together with the salt into a large bowl and add the melted butter, lightly beaten egg, yeast with the milk and beer.
Knead a smooth dough, to which add 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
Put it in a bowl greased with oil and leave in a warm place to rise.
Then knead once more and divide it into 12 parts, each forming a ball. Arrange them in a greased pan and cover with a towel. Let the cakes stand for 30 minutes.
Coat their surface with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
